daphne tay finally bought me my present and i finally gave her cash to buy her present. hahaha! we towned after english exam, which sucked, btw. daphne tay said that when the mrt doors of either 15 or 20 opened in the orchard station, it would open right in front of the escalators. she said it was more likely to be 15. i told her it was 20, but we stood in front of 15 in the toa payoh station anyway. and door no. 15 opened right in front of stairs in the orchard station -.- the acsj boys that got up the mrt at newton were all almost daphne's height! i have no idea why, but i was picturing the tallest boy walking in a park with daphne while eating ice cream from cones. HAHAHA! it was so cute! cos they're both short and adorable. heh!

we went to paragon, which was so pointless. we only went to nike, adidas and crumpler cos i couldn't find the roxy and quiksilver shops. and then we realised that they closed down. so then we went to heeren. went all the way up and walked down from there. i couldn't find 37 degrees, so we headed down to hmv, and then we realised that 37 degrees moved. so we hunted for it, then went back down to hmv again. daphne tay was excited by the xbox 360 they had. so she was playing, while i looked at the dvds. and then i finished looking, and she made me play with her. she let me choose the game, so i chose lara croft cos i was so sure that would be the only thing i'd heard of. and then i saw that they had top spin, so we played top spin instead. we couldn't choose roddick as 1 of the players! daphne said "he was locked", whatever that meant. so she randomly chose a player and ended up at max mirnyi, and i was federer. i obviously sucked, but it was damn surprising that daphne tay sucked too! hahaha! then we went down to level 2, and i managed to narrow down the options of cds she could get me! only because i randomly chose some and most of them were expensive... so anyway, i narrowed it down to john legend and augustana, and she chose augustana. then we went to flash & splash, and she had to go back home. so i went down to level 1 of hmv, cos it was still so early. walked to taka after that to read magazines at kino. hahaha! and then because i was hungry, i went to the basement of taka and bought a chocolate doughnut from swiss bake, before heading back home. the pavement behind taka always stinks lah!

and sanjaya finally got kicked out of american idol! can't believe blake was in the bottom 3!
